What is a Trusted Contact?
Due to the increased incidents of fraud and financial exploitation, LOC Credit Union has implemented a “Trusted Contact Program” to help give you an extra layer of security for all of your accounts.

A Trusted Contact is a person the member authorizes LOC Credit Union to contact in limited circumstances, such as if there is a concern about account activity or concern for the mental or physical state of the individual.

Naming someone as a trusted contact does not give this person authority to act on behalf of the member, execute transactions or engage in activity on the member’s account.

- Stop into any of our branch locations to speak to one of our team members about the Trusted Contact Program and how you can get a Trusted Contact added to your account today!

It’s easy to become a member of LOC Credit Union!
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the state of Michigan.
A current or eligible member's immediate family (spouse, sibling, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent) or an individual living in the same household of a current or eligible member can also join LOC.
